Thanks for the video. Have you ever had any other printing errors? Mine printer was working but I had to send it in for repairs and I just got it back and now when I am trying to print it takes a while then it just says Error. No explanation. I am going to reach out to their support but I was hoping maybe you had some suggestions.

With wich software did you print the design so the Cameo Pro could register and cut it for you? If it was in the video i missed that part.

My Flexidesigner was installed outside of the Roland Utility (by my IT dept) and I can't install it in the utility. Any ideas on fixing this issue?

Another great tutorial! I was able to use the information provided here to fix my problem, even though my problem wasn't exactly one of the things described. The blade was fine, but when it was tapping, it only reset to 0, it wasn't correctly changing the blade depth. Looking closely, only the first tap was going in the hole. The subsequent taps for changing to the set depth was tapping between the 2 holes, instead of in the hole. I powered off my machine and turned it on again, which re-set so that the taps happened in the right spot.

I can't even sign into my library now. It says there's too many devices. I have deleted any devices that I'm not using. :(

Mine keeps saying to upgrade but it never upgrades so I just hit later. I can’t see my orders, downloads, and couldn’t see nothing in my library at a point. I am thankful that my business license is still there.

When I log in to my Silhouette account, they at least have my business license key and my Cameo listed, but none of my orders. It says I have not placed any orders yet (which I have placed many over the last several years) and no download option. I have my older purchases backed up, but not the most recent ones. What a mess they have created. 🙄 Thank you for doing everything you have done to help us navigate this disaster. 👍🏼😊

Help! I'm trying to cut rhinestone template on dollar tree glitter vinyl on 65lb cardstock. I use blade depth 7 and source 28 2 pass. It's cutting like 80 percent. It's not cutting the whole circle so I'm having to punch out each individual circles
